Gurukul Hub
A space kept for stillness, breathing, reflection and the practices that do not fit a desk.
Signature programme
Soul Science is the Birla Open Minds curriculum for the mind, the body and the character, built with people who work in psychology, physiology, meditation, music, philosophy and spirituality, and taught in the timetable rather than around it. Here it is the strand that sends children out of the gate.

An integrated approach that puts mind-body practices, yoga, meditation and mindfulness, alongside the work of understanding yourself. It was developed with specialists from outside school teaching, which is why it does not read like a moral science period.

Physical, mental, social and emotional well-being, treated as one thing rather than four. The activities are built to help a child take a change in their stride, carry stress without breaking, recover from a setback, and find what they are actually good at.

A space kept for stillness, breathing, reflection and the practices that do not fit a desk.

Children teaching, and learning what it costs to be patient with someone who is learning from you.

A year of causes the school takes up together, each one ending in something done rather than discussed.
What the strands look like when they leave the classroom. Every one of these happened on or from this campus.

24 August 2026
Students set up a help desk and taught people from the villages nearby to use the phone already in their hand, a call, a message, a payment.

19 September 2026
Grandparents came to school, were received on stage by their own grandchildren, and were sent home with a sapling.

3 July 2026
Beds dug along the campus and saplings put in by the children who would then have to keep them alive.

1 July 2026
A health check-up at school, so that the first visit to a doctor is an ordinary morning rather than an emergency.

Walk the campus, meet the teachers and see a class running before you decide anything.
