Admissions 2027-28

Applying for Grade 1 to Grade 9.

For a child joining from another school, the process adds the papers that school holds and an interaction suited to the grade being applied for. The order is the same, and the school tells you where you are at each step.

The steps, in order

   Register

   Fill in the registration form, online or at the school office, naming the grade you are applying for.

   Bring the documents

   Everything below, plus the two papers a transferring child needs. Photocopies are submitted and the originals are seen at the interaction.

3. 3

   Interaction and verification

   The school will give you a date. The child meets a teacher, the parents meet the school, and the documents are checked against the originals on the same visit.

4. 4

   The Provisional Admission Offer

   If a place is offered, it comes in writing as a Provisional Admission Offer, with the fee structure for that grade attached.

5. 5

   Enrol

   The place is held once the enrolment formalities are completed and the admission fee is paid.

What to bring

• A photocopy of the birth certificate, with the original brought to the interaction
• Four recent passport-sized photographs of the child
• Proof of residence, such as an Aadhaar card or passport
• Identification proof for both parents and the child
• For Class II and above, the last report card from the previous school
• A Transfer Certificate from the previous school

A place depends on a seat being free in that grade. If the grade you want is full, the admissions office will tell you so plainly rather than keeping you waiting.
